How Do I Pay?

THE SOAP FARM accepts the following payment methods :

  • Paypal Express
  • All Major Credit Cards & Debit Cards via Paypal
  • BDO & BPI Bank Deposit

How Long Does It Take To Process My Order?

As soon as payment is confirmed allow up to one working day for processing

How Do I Track My Order?

A tracking number from the courier will be provided as soon as the item has been scheduled for shipment or pickup.

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?

Metro Manila Orders: 1-3 working day(s)

Outside Metro Manila (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao) Orders: 1-7 working day(s)

International Orders: 7-15 working day(s) via EMS

*No shipping & delivery on non-working holidays.

Do You Have Same Day Shipping?

Yes! We offer same day delivery to Metro Manila. Rates will vary within the Metro, it starts at Php 200.

*We only accept payments via bank deposit and Paypal.

*Payment cut off time is 2 pm Mon-Fri, payment made after that will be processed the next working day.

May I Have My Orders Picked Up Instead?

Yes, you may. Contact us before you place an order so we can have it arranged.

*Our pickup address is near SM City Sta. Mesa.

*This is a pickup point only, we won’t be able to entertain other concerns or inquiries.

How Much Is Shipping?

Metro Manila Orders: Starts at PHP 165.00

Outside Metro Manila (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao) Orders: Starts at PHP 250,00

International – Starts at USD 25

Will Customs charge my shipment duties and taxes (International Shipping)?

International shipments, please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

*The Soap Farm will not be liable for any lost or delayed shipping once the parcel has been transferred to the courier.

*For any lost, delayed or damaged items incurred in shipping, please contact the respective courier for real-time updates.
